How to add a file to a website, etc … phpbb?

I am in the admin panel but can not see where to create a classification and add file. Can you take a walk through me? "I've been in each section to see where to create one, but no luck! So I have to follow the instructions that appear on this site … Http://www.phpbb-design.com/faq/install_ranks.php is supposed to already know how to create the record and I did! total newbie here so please use the "baby steps" to help me create one! Hey, 1. To start by going to the root of your phpbb2 installation. (The folder with everyone else in it.) 2. Then find the "Pictures" file. 3. Create a folder called images in the "rows." 4. Send the photos you want to be accosiated the range specified more later. For example, an image of a star as a low-level member and a picture of 5 stars for a senior member. (These images you / you) 5. Log in your admin panel. This can be done by logging into the administrator account to move down and find a button called "Admin Control Panel." 6. Find User Manager "click on the link to" grade "7. Click Add new range. Then type the number of messages to a user to get the image you provide. 8. You should now have entries which seem to be the site web from your list. Note – For the files you need to use FTP or panel provided by your ISP. -Kv0nza
